Gunmen held Tekashi 6ix9ine’s mother against her will in Florida home invasion, sheriff’s office says

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A group of gunmen held rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine’s mother captive during a Florida house robbery, according to authorities.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office told 8 On Your Side that deputies were dispatched to a home belonging to the New York City native, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, at 9:54 p.m. Sunday.

The deputies said when they arrived, people inside the home told them that four masked men armed with handguns broke into the home, ransacking the property while asking for car keys and cash.
