PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – Detectives are investigating the death of a 56-year-old inmate who collapsed just minutes after returning to the Pinellas County Jail from a hospital visit late Wednesday night.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Matthew Marchione was pronounced dead at 11:01 p.m. on December 3, less than an hour after he had been transported back to the facility.
