BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — A South Florida man is accused of defrauding nearly $200,000 from his clients between the months of January and November 2023.
The Boca Raton Police Services Department alleges that while working as a manager at CRL Admin Services, Marius St. Gerard accessed a dozen client files, changed their email addresses to his own, and altered their bank account information to reflect his personal account.
He would then cancel files and electronically signed forms that were sent to his email to initiate a refund, and the money would then be rerouted to his own account…
