PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — Pinellas County leaders approved several updates Tuesday to the county’s code of ordinances aimed at improving animal welfare. The changes range from tighter oversight of pet sales to new guidelines for how animal nuisance complaints are handled and reported.
