TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — The Tampa Police Department said on Tuesday that a 17-year-old was arrested under suspicion he shot and killed a man earlier this month and left his body in an abandoned lot.
James McClendon, 34, was reported missing on Dec. 9, and officers later found his abandoned rental vehicle on East 27th Ave. Inside, they found a spent 9mm shell casing.
