TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla. (WFLA) — When the sun sets on a quiet Temple Terrace cul-de-sac, the neighborhood flips the switch on a holiday spectacle that has captured attention far beyond its streets.
For eighteen years straight, residents along River Ridge Road have turned their block into a glowing winter wonderland, anchored by a sprawling, computer-controlled light display created by Lucas Hutchins, affectionately known by neighbors as “Mr. Christmas.”
