CLEARWATER, Fla. (WFLA) — A cosmetology student was arrested Monday after she threatened to “shoot up” her school over a dress code violation, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies said Addison Gass, 18, who attends the Aveda Institute in Clearwater, posted a photo of herself with a text overlay that read, “i’m abt to shoot up this school” and “they done pissed me tf off.”

Investigators said they found Gass and spoke to her, at which point she admitted to making the post and explained that she was frustrated over a dress code violation.
