Armed carjacker caught while trying to steal 2nd vehicle, Pasco County deputies say

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A suspect in an armed carjacking was caught Monday afternoon after Pasco County deputies said she tried to pull off a second, nearly identical crime.

The initial incident happened around 5:20 p.m. at a Winn Dixie in Holiday, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators said a woman pulled a gun on someone in the parking lot and stole their vehicle

The suspect was later found on State Road 54 in New Port Richey when detectives said she tried to steal another vehicle at gunpoint.
