TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Opening statements began Tuesday in the trial of a woman accused of murdering her sister and burying her body in the backyard of their Carrollwood home.
On May 31, 2021, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to the home on Cypress Park Street to check on a woman in her 60s who hadn’t been heard from in days.
