TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Tampa man spent a few hours in a Pinellas County jail over the weekend after going more than double the speed limit on the Howard Frankland Bridge.
The Florida Highway Patrol said it happened at around noon on Sunday.
A trooper patrolling the bridge wrote in an affidavit that he saw a car approaching at an extremely high speed.
