3 Bahama Breeze locations closing in Tampa Bay

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Three Bahama Breeze locations in Tampa Bay are closing, Darden, the company that owns the restaurant, announced Tuesday.

The Orlando-based company said it will permanently close 14 Bahama Breeze restaurants and plans to convert 14 other locations into another Darden brand.

Darden owns Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Yard House, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, The Capital Grille, Chuy’s, Seasons 52, and Eddie V’s.

The following restaurants in Tampa Bay will be converted into another Darden brand:

  • 805 Brandon Town Center Drive, Brandon
  • 25830 Sierra Center Blvd., Lutz
  • 3045 North Rocky Point Drive East, Tampa

Darden said these locations will be converted into other brands over the next 12 to 18 months…
