PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — Pinellas County environmental scientists posted a video on Tuesday of a fever of cownose stingrays in Old Tampa Bay.
According to Pinellas County Environmental News, scientists happened upon the stingrays during routine water sampling in Old Tampa Bay.
