Villagers to protest against ICE and GOP’s protection of Epstein associates

Villagers and other area residents are gathering on Valentine’s Day for a protest organized by the Democratic Club of The Villages Rally Committee.

Attendees are to participate in a nonviolent sign-holding rally meant to protest the treatment of sexual abuse victims and “protection of pedophiles in the Epstein files as well as the presence of armed, masked ICE agents in America. Protestors wish to uphold the American values of liberty and justice for all, demanding that our leaders serve the needs of average Americans rather than the wealthy.”

Participants are to gather at the intersection of County Road 466A and Morse Boulevard from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Feb. 14. On the northeast corner, they will stand on the grassy area behind the Colony Cottage Recreation Center next to 466A.
