CLEARWATER, Fla. (WFLA) — A Clearwater man was arrested on Tuesday for choking a minor after a fight, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.
An arrest affidavit reported that at 11:11 a.m., a physical altercation broke out between George Richard Fitzgerald, 41, and a minor after the victim refused to give him his phone.
