DUNEDIN — City commissioners unanimously approved the first-reading design review for the Main Street Exchange, a mixed-use development three years in the planning that would bring a boutique hotel, food hall, event space and retail shops to downtown.
The vote came after more than two hours of questioning about project details at the site on Main Street and Douglas Avenue. A second and final reading is scheduled for March 5.
