TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — On Wednesday, the Tampa Police Department held a memorial for one of their own. Detective Juan Serrano was honored for his 17 years of dedication to the community.
Tampa Police said he was the 28th member of the department to lay down his life while serving the citizens.
