Deputies say a family argument in a Clearwater mobile-home community turned deadly late last month, leaving a 65-year-old mother dead and her 24-year-old son facing a second-degree murder charge. The victim was identified as Yolanda Sanchez and the suspect as her son, Daniel Sanchez. Detectives with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Robbery & Homicide Unit are leading the investigation, which remains active.
