Decks & Docks, a Clearwater-based distributor of composite decking and outdoor living supplies, has expanded into Minnesota with the purchase of Minneapolis-based Pro Deck Supply, the company announced Monday.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2014, Pro Deck Supply offers framing, decking, railing and deck accessories to both professional contractors and DIY homeowners, according to a release.
