🚰 New Extreme Water Restrictions Start April 3 in Pinellas

Starting April 3, 2026, Pinellas County will move to a Modified Phase III β€œExtreme” Water Shortage Order because of ongoing drought. Residents and businesses must follow stricter rules to conserve water:

  • Water lawns only one day per week on your assigned day (based on address and location north or south of SR580).
  • Home car washing is allowed only on your watering day using a hose with a shutoff nozzle.
  • Ornamental fountains may run up to four hours daily, with posted hours.
