TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Federal prosecutors have indicted two people in the incident involving an explosive device left at MacDill Air Force Base.
Newly unsealed indictments identified the defendants as Alen Zheng of Land O’Lakes and his sister, Ann-Mary Zheng. Both were said to be U.S. citizens.
