‘We’re so glad they’re back’: Hurricane-damaged business reopens in Treasure Island

TREASURE ISLAND, Fla. (WFLA) — Treasure Island was hit hard during the 2024 hurricanes, and some businesses are still closed. However, one popular restaurant is now re-opening a year and half after storms shut the doors.

It has been 18 long months since Caddy’s has been able to welcome people inside their building.

The CEO said it was a lengthy and arduous process, but he is most thankful for his employees that stuck it out.
