PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – Commuters across Pinellas County should prepare for a series of traffic delays as a massive wave of roadwork hits major arteries starting Sunday, April 12. Local transportation officials have scheduled extensive lane closures across the I-275 corridor, US 19, and several key bridges, with many projects operating through the overnight hours to minimize daytime impact.
Drivers crossing the Sunshine Skyway Bridge will face night lane closures from Monday, April 13 through Friday, April 17, between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Further north on I-275, the stretch between 38th Avenue North (Exit 25) and Roosevelt Boulevard (Exit 30) will see lanes restricted from Sunday night through Thursday morning, beginning at 8:30 p.m. and wrapping up by 6 a.m. daily…
