2 adults, 2 young children hospitalized after cars collide at Oldsmar intersection

OLDSMAR, Fla. (WFLA) — Two young children were seriously hurt in a two-car crash that happened Thursday afternoon at an Oldsmar intersection.

The crash was reported just after 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Tampa Road and St. Petersburg Drive, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators said a 27-year-old woman was driving eastbound on Tampa Road in a 2015 Nissan Altima with two children, a 6-year-old girl and 4-year-old boy, riding as passengers in her car.
