A 66-year-old Louisiana man is behind bars and faces extradition to Florida after allegedly targeting undercover agents he believed were young children in an online chatroom.
Attorney General James Uthmeier announced that Eddie Filce, of Louisiana, has been hit with a wave of severe charges, including one count of using a computer to solicit illegal acts, two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition, five counts of transmitting harmful materials to minors, and five counts of harmful communications with minors.
