HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A driver was arrested early Sunday morning for allegedly participating in a street race on a local interstate.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, troopers were conducting a traffic stop on I-4 near westbound Milepost 10 when a group of eastbound vehicles passed them around 2:05 a.m.
