CLEVELAND (WJW) — A Memorial Day shooting that injured one led to the arrest of four teens on the west side of Cleveland, police confirmed.
Officers were called to the area of West 28th Street and Detroit Avenue for reports of shots fired just after 7 p.m.

Police said they found an overturned vehicle with no one inside upon arrival. An initial investigation found the flipped car had been reported stolen.
Doing some more digging, police located four male teens — a 15-year old, two 16-year-olds and an 18-year-old — and arrested them in connection with the shooting and crash.
