Sentencing for man who fatally shot victim at Cleveland RTA rapid station

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The 25-year-old man who fatally shot a victim at a Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) rapid station, will be sentenced in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Thursday.

In May, Donnie Allen pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter, aggravated robbery, felonious assault, and having weapons while under disability.

Benjamin McComas, 27, was shot on Dec. 14, 2025, at the Puritas-W. 150th Rapid Station in the 4200 block of W. 150th St.

This was the second killing at an RTA station in December 2025…
