University Heights Police Department responded to a reported gunshot wound at 5:45 a.m. June 1 in the Bell Tower Center parking garage at 14060 Cedar Road.
The victim, a property maintenance employee, was transported to a local hospital by the University Heights Fire Department and was in critical condition, according to a news release. Police said that the suspect was no longer on the scene upon their arrival and couldn’t be located after officers and neighboring K9 units searched the area.
