SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio — The South Euclid Food Truck Park is set to open for the summer this Friday and Saturday (June 5 and 6) at the corner of Mayfield and Green roads, at 4477 Rushton Road (next to the McDonald’s restaurant at 4500 Mayfield Road).
Open through August, the Food Truck Park each weekend includes free, live music and food for purchase in a community atmosphere. Hours for both Friday and Saturday are 5-11 p.m.
Food trucks scheduled for this weekend include Urban Wrap Co. and Grippy’s Sauce Co. on Friday, with music provided by Perfect Choice Band. Friday will also include rides in the Euclid Beach Rocket Car…
