A 22-year-old man is in custody after a 20-year-old woman died following a shooting on Cleveland’s west side this week, in a case that started as a reported suicide attempt and quickly turned into a homicide investigation.
Officers were called early Wednesday to the 15700 block of Puritas Avenue. The woman was rushed to a hospital and died the following day.
