Watch: Video shows another case of fast food rage

PARMA, Ohio (WJW) – A man accused of throwing food at a Taco Bell and assaulting an employee has entered a guilty plea to a misdemeanor assault charge.

Joshua Richmond entered the plea earlier this month in Parma Municipal Court. Judge Timothy Gilligan set Richmond’s sentencing date for July 28. He could face six months in jail and up to a $1,000 fine.

According to court records, Richmond is accused of throwing food at a North Royalton Taco Bell in February. A security video from the restaurant shows the incident. Richmond can be seen throwing food and a sign. Court records also state he hit an employee in the face twice.
