CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – An Ohio man is in federal custody after he fled to Asia to avoid drug trafficking charges.
According to the criminal complaint and affidavit filed in April, the U.S. Postal Service identified three packages in late 2025 that were suspected of containing illicit drugs.
