Cuyahoga County and the city of Cleveland have struggled for years to fund repairs at the publicly-owned stadiums in Downtown Cleveland.
Cuyahoga County Council is now considering a new funding source for repairs at Progressive Field and Rocket Arena — the two stadiums it owns in Cleveland — but it’s unclear whether the proposal has any support from other county leadership.
