Euclid woman embezzled $400K from Society of Pelvic Surgeons, feds say

CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Euclid woman embezzled nearly $400,000 from the Society of Pelvic Surgeons, a medical organization, federal prosecutors say.

Nicoletta G. Williams, who worked for the society as an administrator, siphoned money from the organization for more than a decade, court records say.

Williams was charged Thursday in federal court in Cleveland with one count of wire fraud. She was charged by way of information, meaning she agreed to skip grand jury proceedings and typically means a defendant will plead guilty in the case…
