WESTLAKE, Ohio – Officers responded at 6:30 p.m. on June 21 to a complaint of loud music coming from a car in the parking lot of a condominium complex on Center Ridge Road.
When officers arrived, the red Ford Focus was moving through the parking lot. Officers noted that the driver looked very young, according to a department press release. The car pulled into a parking spot before an officer had a chance to pull it over.
