Residents of The Vantage apartments in Beachwood who hoped that Beachwood Mayor Justin Berns or Beachwood City Council could pressure apartment management to resolve building safety and trash concerns will not be getting city relief from their situation any time soon as the city’s case against building owner GoldOller Management of Upper Arlington, a Columbus suburb, is working its way through the court system.
Following the latest pre-trial telephone hearing in Shaker Heights Municipal Court on June 29, Beachwood Prosecutor Nathalie Supler told the Cleveland Jewish News on July 8 that Shaker Heights Municipal Court Judge Anne Walton Keller will be setting an in-person pre-trial hearing soon.
