WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio (WOIO) – Long-time veteran police officer of several Lake County communities, Officer Ryan Shannon tragically passed away in an off-duty accident, according to Chief Matthew Naegele of the Willoughby Hills Police Department.
Records show he was currently a full-time Willoughby Hills officer and worked part-time for North Perry and Perry Village Police Departments.
He previously worked for Madison Township and CMHA Police.
Police Chief Naegele said, “Officer Shannon served proudly for many years in this great profession, and we’re grateful for his service.”…
