WESTLAKE, Ohio (WOIO) – Westlake police recently used a PIT maneuver to stop a driver on I-90 after officers say the vehicle struck a median wall, lost a tire and nearly hit several other drivers.
Dashcam video captured the moment officers made contact with the vehicle back on July 10 near the Columbia Road exit.
