WILLOUGHBY, Ohio (WOIO) – The Willoughby Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of a wanted woman.
As part of the department’s Warrant Wednesday, the department shared on social media that the highlight person this week is Shelia Yvonne Hill.
Hill is wanted on the following charges:
- Felony theft
- Identity theft, felony
- Tampering with records, felony
