CLEVELAND (WJW) — A Cuyahoga County grand jury on Thursday, Aug. 13, indicted three people in a 117-count indictment tied to an ATV and dirt bike theft scheme.
Cuyahoga County prosecutors said Antonio Odom, 25; Michael Atkins, 24; and Timothy Neal, 28, were indicted on 117 counts, including engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, for an ATV and dirt bike theft scheme that spanned more than four years and included at least 55 dirt bike and ATV thefts.

“I hate to say it, but these victims were naive about the predators and con men who roam our county,” said Prosecutor Michael O’Malley. “Never bring a dirt bike or ATV to alleged buyers and let them test drive it. Most times, you won’t get it back.”
