BROOK PARK, Ohio – In late July, Brook Park police became involved in two separate but similar vehicle chases involving men wearing black helmets, black hoodies and brown or khaki pants.
First, an unidentified man on a motorcycle led state troopers and Brook Park police on a vehicle chase at about 8:30 p.m. July 29 on Interstate 71 and Snow Road.
