CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Cleveland Heights woman who fatally shot her husband is making a case of self-defense.
On Monday, Randi Smith, 47, pleaded not guilty to murder and felonious assault charges after prosecutors said she fatally shot Franklin Smith, 45, on May 30.
