LAKEWOOD, Ohio (WOIO) – A cement truck driver was cited after the truck spilled onto multiple roads in Lakewood Thursday afternoon.
According to Director of Public Works Chris Gordon, at around 4:30 p.m., Lakewood Public Works, Lakewood Police and Lakewood Fire learned of the spill on Detroit Road.
