CLEVELAND, Ohio — Nearly 93% of the tax-forfeited properties Cuyahoga County listed for its Sept. 1-3 auction are concentrated in Cleveland and East Cleveland.

Of the 402 parcels, 318 are in Cleveland and 55 are in East Cleveland. But the numbers describe the auction inventory, not each city’s rate of tax forfeiture or how many properties ultimately will sell.
