CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) — Traffic along Interstate 90 is about to get even more congested with the closure of a busy exit ramp.
Starting Tuesday, Sept. 8 the eastbound exit ramp to West Boulevard is closed through October.
The detour is West 117th Street to Lorain Avenue to West Boulevard.
Unruly passenger restrained via duct tape identified
This adds to an already stressful construction season along I-90 eastbound as an ongoing I-90 Major Rehabilitation Project stretches through Rocky River, Lakewood, and Cleveland with narrowed and shifting lanes. The project is not expected to be complete until fall of 2028.
