Grand jury indicts driver accused in deadly I-90 motorcycle crash in Bratenahl

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The driver accused in a deadly I-90 motorcycle crash in Bratenahl, was indicted on several charges by a Cuyahoga County Grand Jury.

Leon Croff, Jr. was indicted on:

  • Two counts of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide
  • Two counts of not stopping after an accident

Bratenahl police said Croff struck the motorcyclist on I-90 east near Eddy Road at 1:13 a.m. on Aug 30 and then fled the scene.
