The Willoughby Police Department is highlighting five separate cases between July 1, 2025, and May 6 in which individuals who fled from law enforcement were investigated, prosecuted and sentenced to prison.
Nathaniel Jackson was convicted of failure to comply with an order of a police officer, a third-degree felony, and sentenced to 24 months in prison and up to three years of post-release control.
Also facing a third-degree felony charge for failure to comply with an order of a police officer were Deontre Mcrae who was sentenced to 12 months in prison, Stephen Fisher who was sentenced to 30 months in prison, Terrell Weatherspoon who was sentenced to 18 months in prison and Dashaun Moore who was sentenced to 18 months in prison…
