SOLON, Ohio — More than 1,200 new jobs are coming to Swagelok’s Northeast Ohio operations this year, and many won’t require a four-year college degree.
The Solon-based manufacturer is undertaking one of its largest hiring pushes in recent years, with openings for everyone from first-time manufacturing workers to experienced tradespeople and production leaders.
