BROOK PARK, Ohio – A Cleveland woman, 30, was caught with a glass smoking pipe at about 8 p.m. Sept. 7 outside a home on Edgehurst Drive.
An Edgehurst resident called police and said the woman, whom the resident didn’t know, was walking around his property.
Police checked the resident’s yard and made sure the house was still locked. The woman was no longer on the property but they found her walking northbound on Smith Road near Montvale Drive…
