NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio — A resident of a Lorain Road condominium building called the police department at 1:20 a.m. on Sept. 1 to request a welfare check on the driver of a gray truck that was parked crooked over lines in the parking lot.
The engine was running, and the driver was inside the vehicle, the caller said.
